BIO-STRIKE HVAC Coil Cleaner
BioStrike is a high performance, non-acidic formula engineered to digest heavy grease, proteins, scaling and organic buildup through digestion. It contains Advanced Molecular Breakdown Technology making it optimal for use on all hard surfaces including aluminum AC coils, refrigeration fins, indoor PTAC units and food preparation areas. It’s self-rinsing enzymatic action continues to work long after application, preventing future buildup and odors. BioStrike is safe for sensitive indoor air quality & strong enough for use outdoors as well.

Dilution:
Heavy Build-up / Grease: Use at a 1:3 ratio (1 part cleaner to 3 parts water).
Standard Coil Maintenance: Use at a 1:6 to 1:10 ratio.
General Hard Surfaces: Mix 2-4 ounces per gallon of water.
Application:
Spray: Apply generously from bottom to top using a low-pressure sprayer to ensure complete coverage. Dwell time: Allow foam to sit for 5-10 minutes. The enzymes will actively digest grease and organic binders.
Rinsing:
Evaporator Coils: No rinsing required; the unit’s condensation will naturally wash away the digested residue.
Condenser Coils / Hard Surfaces: Rinse thoroughly with water from the inside out to flush debris away.
